BioMonWeek 2026 (Montpellier)

In May, Nina and Till attended the first BioMonWeek in Montpellier, joining lively discussions on the future of biodiversity monitoring, gaining new perspectives and approaches, and reconnecting with old colleagues while meeting new ones. We presented our work on how eDNA metabarcoding can reveal patterns of genetic diversity and habitat fragmentation (talk), alongside our novel approach to eDNA methylation analysis for estimating fish population age (poster).
